Christine Walters has been in the healthcare
industry for 20 years. Her expertise includes experience
in clinical, pharmaceutical, and surgical areas giving her
a truly unique perspective within the consulting
industry.
Her passionate determination and wide breath of experience,
knowledge & skills allows her to apply this practical
experience to develop, train, and motivate for optimal success
in all areas of the industry with real life examples and
solutions.
As a Dietitian at Lady of Lourdes’ Hospital, she has
analyzed laboratory data, medications, therapies, social and
psychological status to determine patients at nutritional risk
and develop patient education and plan of action.
As a District Sales Manager/Dietitian for Diet Center Inc.,
she has been responsible for operational budgets, P&L
statements, marketing and sales, implementation and
coordination of new hire orientation, training and performance
evaluations. She has counseled clients in behavior modification
and nutrition, counseled with physicians and conducted
nutritional classes and public lectures.
Within the pharmaceutical industry, she worked for Johnson
and Johnson and Novartis. She started as a sales representative
and has held and helped develop positions such as National
Field Sales Trainer, Manager of National Accounts, Regional
Contracting Officer, and Senior Corporate Account Manager.
As National Field Sales Trainer and Manager she has used her
ability to manage divergent, multiple tasks while interfacing
with many levels of management to develop and present ‘user
friendly’ National Sales Training Programs, Managed Care
Training Manuals and Programs, Product Training, Pharmacy
Training Videos, Marketing Initiatives and Product launches
always keeping in focus key objectives, budgets, the end user,
and the desired outcome of team cohesiveness and measurable
success. She has hired, trained, and written business
development plans for representatives of all levels.
As Senior Corporate Account Manager, she developed key
customer contacts with some of the largest Managed Care
Organizations, GPOs, and wholesalers Nationally. She has
presented, created and implemented technical information and
programs to launch new products and drive market share. She has
designed and negotiated contracts to ensure long term, best
placement and increased market share for products at all life
cycles. She has been recognized with various awards including
Novartis’ Distinguished Performance Awards for excellence in
leadership, overall sales achievement, Managed Care/Trade
implementation and strategy.
Christine Walters graduated with honors from
Rowen University with her with her BA with a Specialization in
Dietetics.
